The back is open on purpose.
The cut-out sits around your bum and the band underneath lifts it, so you get shape there without any padding. The upper back is mesh, which keeps it cooler under a fitted top.
At the front, two firmer bands run down either side of your waist and stomach. That's where it pulls in hardest.
Hooks close first and a zip goes over them. Easy to do up on your own. A second zip at the gusset means you can use the loo without taking the whole thing off.
The cups are moulded in two layers and hold on their own, no bra needed. Straps adjust four ways, and silicone grip under the lace hems keeps the legs from rolling up.
Check the size chart before you order rather than going by the size you usually take. This fits close, so most people are one size up from their everyday size.
The surest way to get it right is to measure a garment you already wear and match those numbers to the chart. If you land between two sizes, take the larger one.
