Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window — You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Eligibility — Items must be unused, fully reassembled in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We can't accept tables that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

How to start a return — Email us from the contact box within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping — Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items — If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover a replacement or refund.
