Shipping policy

Where we ship — We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time — Estimated delivery is 5–13 Days from dispatch. Our pieces are made and shipped from our overseas production partners, which is why delivery takes a little longer than high-street retail. Thanks for your patience — it's worth the wait.

Shipping cost — Free on all USA & UK orders.

Tracking — You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Delays — Occasionally delivery takes longer due to customs, postal backlogs, or busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of dispatch, email us from the contact box and we'll look into it.

Customs & import charges — In rare cases your local customs office may apply import charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
