Shipping & Returns

Where we ship — We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

Processing time — Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Delivery time — Estimated delivery is 2–4 weeks (approximately 14–28 days) from dispatch. Our pieces are made and shipped from our overseas production partners, which is why delivery takes a little longer than high-street retail. Thanks for your patience — it's worth the wait.

Shipping cost — Free on all USA & UK orders.

Tracking — You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update.

Delays — Occasionally delivery takes longer due to customs, postal backlogs, or busy periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 35 days of dispatch, email us from the contact box and we'll look into it.

Customs & import charges — In rare cases your local customs office may apply import charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window — You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

Eligibility — Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We can't accept items worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

How to start a return — Email us from the contact box within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping — Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please use a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty or incorrect items — If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover a replacement or refund, including return shipping.
